ORDERING

STEP ONE:
To begin using our food pantry services, please fill out our intake form to provide our staff with your general information.  INTAKE FORM

STEP TWO:
Check your email.  It can take a couple of days to get your info from the Intake Form into the SmartChoice shopping system, but once it's done, you'll receive an email with your login credentials.

STEP THREE:
Head over to SmartChoice and begin shopping!  SMART CHOICE SHOPPING CART
